Q: Is it safe?
A: All Autobase drivers and riders are vetted and confirmed by our company
Q: How do I reach my destination?
A: Simply input your desired destination. You can then contact drivers to arrange for them to pick you up.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is decided by both the driver and the rider. The driver may request gas money, or an additional fee. All payments must be done through the app.
Q: Who is allowed the use the app?
A: Autobase is only available for use by full-time college students. All users must show proof of enrollment.

Q: Can I control who rides with me?
A: Absolutely! If someone reaches out to you wanting to ride, but for whatever reason you don't want them in your car, you have every right to tell them no.
Q: How do I get paid?
A: When posting a ride, you have the ability to request any amount of money to let someone pick it up. We recommend simply splitting gas money with your passenger(s), but the choice is entirely yours to make.
Q: What's my incentive to post a ride?
A: Aside from saving money on gas, you have the opportunity to win gift cards each month through out gift card lotteries. Each ride you post gives you one entry. As more students use the app, the prize amount will increase to make it worth your while.
